first you have to get your image hosted. i use villagephotos.com
you can go there and get a free account. then upload your picture. when you click on the picture you uploaded, it will give you a list of links. copy the first one (the one without numbers at the end) and paste it in the appropriate area of your profile. then enter the width and height. make sure the box next to the url is checked. that should do it. if you have trouble, let me know.
