Only when you're not old enought to be doing something that you really want to do.

hahaha I would never say I'm older than I am! Probably when I was 14, I would say I was 16(the driving age) oooooo naughty me! If I was going to lie about my age now, I'd say I was 10 years younger.

how about a girl says she is older than she actually is Well as I said, she must have a reason to lie like that. Probably because something is more attainable if she's older. Do you have a particular situation in mind?

people lie and say they're older when they want to appear sophisticated, drink illegally, buy cigarettes illegally, have sex illegally (jail bait), get birth control pills illegally, get a job they're too young for...all kinds of reasons.

Let;s see I could lie and say I'm 65 to get retirement and social security and join AARP!

- To get out of jury duty. - Discounts on meals. - To vote. - To get a concealed carry license. - To obtain political office. - If they are hiding their identity. - To get a job that requests an older person. - Reproductive medical procedures, usually done on older women. - If they are a compulsive liar.

I haven't lied about my age since I was about 12, and I told a girl who was a year older than me I was 13 too, so she'd let me hang out with her. Even though I was taller and looked older than her at the time, I still wasn't 'worthy'. Pffft.. I wouldn't lie about my age now. It's dishonest, and pointless. I like my age.

I just started at this store a couple of weeks agon and this girl who is another mgr asked me how old i was. I told her i was 28 she said she was 27 but like a minute later she asked if i knew someone she knew and i said yea but he was younger than 27. I actually said it twice then she was like yeah im only 23.

I don't like telling people my age sometimes, because I think that they might not give me any credibility if they know how old (or how young, rather) I really am.
