...if I were at home instead of in public, I'd be tempted to say "counting my toenails". Unfortunately I can only "mentally" do that here. Lol!
...the usual: browsing, posting, and listening to music. Thinking about getting off this computer because my time is just about up, groan!

I'm just stressing out.
Just had a week off of work and it's nearly time to go back.
Oh boy, do I love my low paying, zero respect, take the blame for everything that goes wrong job or what?
I was really relaxed this week tho. I was actually feeling almost happyish.
Now, I'm feeling myself turning back into the nervous depressed wreck that I usually am.

I just moved and I have so much to clean up. My neck has been extremely sore all week and I'm so sick of the pain.
Plus starving all day and my stupid ear ringing.

i was just reading this thread and reflecting that we always get bitter with the sweet. get some time off, then you gotta go back to the grind...get a sweet new house, then ya gotta clean up the old one.... no rest for the wicked! oh, and i'm eating benedryls like candy & using antihistamine drops so i won't claw out my itchy allergy eyes. fun fun! ;D |

so I won't continue to post the same on here I'll put "what I am (or was) doing" at different times:
Saturday: keeping Sabbath
Saturday night: watching tv
Sunday: watching tv and trying to keep cool, but with no success as we had another 3-day accumulative humidex weekend
Today: being depressed and nervous at home; eating toast, drinking tea (me and Arthur Dent - too bad he's fiction - would get along great, lol!!! ;D); getting ready in an "OCD way" to come over here to go online; walking to library; reading Samuel Clemens while waiting for a computer; e-mailing someone (on a separate 15-minute e-mail only computer); finally obtaining a computer to go on su; and here I am doing the usual and listening to hard rock/metal at same time interspersed with watching videos of cats/kittens making biscuits (kneading bread), etc. etc.

if i can get my allergies to stop torturing me for awhile, i'm gonna go to 'art in the park' this afternoon. they say you can watch the artists painting. then i'm gonna take my little guy to see 'the mummy: tomb of the dragon emperor'. scawy! ;D

Well i've just got back from a fun day with my friend.
Since she split up with her boyfriend, she's got more time for me.
So we went out clothes shopping this morning (eww) but actually had a laugh while we were out. And we also did lunch.
Then we picked up my dog (not literally...), and took him to the river for a nice walk. He didn't swim in the river, but he never does. Strange dog, scared of water.
And then we went back home and watched some TV. But oh no, the activity didn't end there.
We went to the cinema this evening too.
Quite an action-packed day, i'm sure you'll agree.
