Kava, What's the most affordable and Where do you

Hi, for those who have used Kava, what's the most affordable? And most effective? Is it cheaper to make your own? I purchased instant Kava, but it's kind of expensive. You get about 3 or 4 uses for about $12. It was very effective and good.

I also purchased the capsule form with 30 percent in it. I didn't notice as much effect as the instant powder.

So can someone help me find an effective and affordable?
