www.chocolate.org/There are other things but this part seemed particularly important: "Chocolate also contains tryptophan. Tryptophan is an essential amino acid. It is the rate-limiting step in the production of the mood-modulating neurotransmitter serotonin. Enhanced serotonin function typically diminishes anxiety."

It never seem to help me, but maybe I was eating the weak stuff - milk chocolate. Maybe I should mainline dark chocolate.

I think I'm overly sensitive to chocolate. The dark kind makes me hyper... more than other forms of caffeine. I have to avoid anything more than a tiny amount if it's past 4 PM or else I have insomnia.

Too much chocolate makes you ill, the worst thing is that I never seem to learn whenever I lay my hands on a bar.

What are you smoking? Seriously, gimme. Tastes great (I'll stab with a spork you if stay vanilla tastes better), improves life span (I think), works as a mild aphrodisiac (arguable)...and I think it was actually improving my mood when I was drinking gallons of chocolate milk.
Also one little tidbit I'd like to add...spork apparently isn't in the site's dictionary.

Of course it tastes good, the only thing sad is the power it's got over me hence it's evil. Actually had to google spork, I think I've seen it somewhere before but it's not very common around here.
