I have always wanted to improve on my social skill and improve my social life, but this shyness factor has always got in the way. I never knew how, but I heard two quotes that helped me decide to take action. "If you keep doing what your doing, your going to keep getting what your getting" and "Knowledge is not power, the application of knowledge is". I can't credit the quotes. I forgot who said them. I
I heard these quotes before, but they never resonated in me like they do today. I've learned things in the past to improve myself, but honestly, I never applied myself. Today, I'm stepping out of my comfort zone and taking steps to improve on every aspect of my life.
Wish me luck guys. I know this isn't going to be easy, especially being shy. I seriously want to get over this. The first thing I'm going to do is seek out someone who is good with people and ask them for help...I just hope it doesn't freak them out. Well here is my first step.
