I would still want them on some level, but knowing they wanted someone else might help me move on.

"Hell no" I tried to think back to my teen years...cause it's been so long. Knowing they liked someone else usually made me lose interest pretty quickly. It became kinda pointless and it wasn't the same. *With the exception of crushes I hadn't admitted to myself at the time.  |

Well usually I'll still have regular contact with my crush...it's not like they become any less cute/smart/fun to be around just because they like someone else. Also I'm a stupid guy. |

If he may want someone else, but he's not making his move on that girl and they're not official ye, then maybe I still got my chance! Maybe it was just a crush, for we are always entitled to have our crushes, right? But it's a different story if they are already official--then it's time to move on |

Yes, although we are not an item, it kinda made me sad, since there goes my chance! LOL.
I checked out his gf, and boy, the gf is not even good looking. Oh well.

the truth is, i would still want them. they are my crush, and i don't often crush.. so when i do, it's usually big and pretty serious.
but if my crush didn't want me and had his eye on another girl, i wouldn't allow myself to be with him. it just bothers me that i might be second, third, or fourth place in a guy's heart, specifically a guy who i am interested in and who's willing to give me a chance...it just feels like he's only going for me as a rebound.
so yeah, i'd toss him.

When i felt my crush wasn't interested, i realized i was just making myself miserable trying to make her like me. The only reasonable thing i could think of at the time, to stop the hurt i was feeling was to try and forget about her. Still, when i saw her finally with a boyfriend in facebook, i felt kinda sad. Even though i know i should be happy for her. This just made me feel even more unworthy of being with her or any girl for that matter.  But life goes on...and i want to count my other blessings instead. There is a purpose for everything. |
