Does anyone ever find themselves apologising for things they haven't done? I do and did today. I guess I was absorbing a situation to make it better. It doesn't make much sense but feels a tad better for ranting it out!

Usually not. I do find myself saying "please" and "thank you" a lot. But I think it's more because I don't want anyone to ever feel that I don't appreciate even the smallest actions or thoughts.

I totally understand! I grew up doing this.. I think it was to avoid family conflicts. As an adult I still have trouble with saying "sorry" all the time, even when it's not my fault or nothing really bad happened! It bothers me, too! Thanks for ranting, I feel like I got to vent with you. lol Just practice not saying it and it'll happen less often.
