Hello. You might not remember me at all, but I was here in Dec 2010 to Jan 2011 and I was trying to get myself get soem help for my shyness. So, I'm back...I'm still the same old shy nervous self, but I am trying to get over it. I've called a driving school, by myself btw, and had to speak to one of the people there...I was so nervous, but I got through it. Hopefully I'm just starting to break out of my shy-shell, but I'm sure that I'm going to be shy even though I did this.

Baby steps, man, baby steps. I believe in you. And if a stranger online believes in you, than you've got nothing to loose! Social anxiety is tricky, but we soft spoken types have a lot of personality traits that extroverts don't. Don't think of your shyness not as a handicap, but a gift. NEVER GIVE UP :]

Thank You Zabby. I haven't given up just yet, but it's going to take some time to overcome somethings. Well, I left but now I'm back again. I now have a drivers lincese and know how to drive. Yet, there are things I would love to get accomplished (sp?). I would love to go to college and study. That is my big thing to do. I would love to get a car, but being on SSI, it doesn't pay that much, I'm not that sure what to do. I'm somewhat depressed because I want to get out there and work for my own money (It would be better then staying at home and doing nothing...what I'm doing now). I was happy when I was working at a Medical Center bringing food up to patience (sp?) and actually getting money that I worked for, but since my 8th open heart surgery, I'm now on SSI...it sucks. I really want to work and go to college.
