Im new here so I thought I would introduce myself. My name is Chris and I am 27. This is the first time I have posted on a forum.
Social anxiety has been a problem for years and for a long time I thought I was the only one who in the world that felt this way. Now I know I that am not, and it feels great.
So I just wanted to say Hi and meet some people who have shared similar experiences.
