Well on the one hand, you don't want to become a big time wanker. Like if you stay in every weekend, everybody will know that you have been touching your monkey. Beating your meat should really be combined with a healthy lifestyle of exercise and social interaction.

I think most guys do it everyday. unless they have "anytime" access to sex or are emotionally repressed.

Think he's saying people will assume you masterbate regularly if you don't get out much, since your obviously not getting enough sex to satisfy an average sex-drive.
