If theres anything anyone can recommend or not. In the last week I've watched:
Wolf Creek I thought this was pretty good, a great villain, was scary, good for a low budget. Its about some backpackers in the Australian outback who get stuck and accept a tow from a local 9/10
The Exorcism Of Emily Rose A court case against a priest who performed a exorcism on a young girl. I think its well worth watching8/10
Serenity A film of the tv series Firefly, which was cancelled. I thought it was good, with good special effect 7/10

SerenityA film of the tv series Firefly, which was cancelled. I thought it was good, with good special effect 7/10 Yeah, I thought it was cool too, despite the various clichés. Seven SwordsPretty good, but very Hollywood-esque for an Asian film. BUT! The main bad guy, the enemy general, was totally crazy, I laughed so hard at his little dance. It was worth watching just for that, seriously. As for the rest of the film, I was a bit too stoned to wokr out what was going on but the fights were pretty cool, I think. Overall: entertaining, could have been better but probably worth watching. Sympathy for Lady VengeanceHigh quality Korean thriller, mostly serious but with some typical Asian craziness thrown in. Quite disturbing in places (but nothing compared to say, Audition or Oldboy). Well made overall, quite interesting story-wise but no huge twists or anything.

This week I've been watching:
The Exorcist A classic that I'd never seen before. Pretty good I suppose.
Dark Water (Japanese version) Not as good as Ring
Memento Very good film. The way it unravels is very clever.

I saw "Walk the Line" also, and I really liked it. I'm taking my grandma to see that tomorrow at the second-run theater. Strange we both love Johnny Cash...

I just got back from Walk the Line. Great movie! I could tell that it wasn't Cash and Carter singing, but they were fantastic nonetheless.
