I'm kind of confused... You have a ton of girls in real life telling you you're very attractive; other guys go out of their way to make awkward comments about your looks; people on anonymous internet forums tell you you're hot; how much more validation do you need?

Wapawet ---------------- I don't know, I'm a very dense man Ok, well it seems like on some level you're well aware that you're attractive. So you know, it just comes off as insecure and off-putting when you always need people to reassure you about your looks. That goes for guys and girls alike. Oh, and I forgot: congrats on your "first" post...

Oh, and I forgot: congrats on your "first" post... Yes, I know it comes off as insecure and off-putting. I guess I haven't had reassurance in awhile, and I just wandered if there was something wrong with me, sounds strange, but don't know how else to explain it. And of course, when you have people ( even if they are of the same gender) downing you, its bound to cut your self-esteem. Hence, that's probably partly the reason why some pretty girls think they are unattractive. I suppose I'll just have to work on my self-confidence and see what happens in the dating realm for me. Anyway, thanks for the insight.
