yes its good to have something specific in mind if she is busy she will suggest another time - if she wants to meet with you if she doesn't then she won't suggest another time
but in all likelihood she will be free people are not that busy, seriously
Friday night and Saturday are worse, but otherwise you should be fine

Hmm.. I know this is a bit random, but is she shy herself? Or not really..? Like I said earlier, it was kind of hard to get her to talk at first. I would say hi to her, because despite being shy and insecure myself, I had come to the realization long ago that its common courtesy to smile and say hi to anyone. Early on, it didn't really seem like she noticed. I felt kind of bad, because I felt like I was being deliberately ignored. Either that or she was hard of hearing or something, or I mumbled. I'm not convinced I was being deliberately ignored, because since then she's opened up and like I said, she smiles and says hi to me as well. So the short answer is yes, she seems quite shy herself. I don't know why, she's very much the most beautiful little lady I've ever seen.

There's no need for that, is there? Thank you. I worked up the courage to move on from that previous experience. I've decided to work with what I have, rather than what I don't have.

So have you asked her out yet? I will, in like seven hours. I'm starting to feel ultra-nervous. I don't want to let anyone here down, you guys have been such big help!

Well... sadly, I regret to inform you all that its the same old story. I didn't get it done. And I may as well close the chapter on this little episode, because I'll probably never see her again.

I am responding to both gaia and etn here. I doubt I really will ever see her again. Unless we happen to run into each other, that is, and that's a very slim chance. Anyway, this is what happened. Its so stupid the way it happened to. Typically, she arrives the earliest and I usually arrive shortly after, so its typically just us early on. I decided to use that as an opportunity. Unfortunately, she didn't show up early this time, and this being the last class and all, I figured she simply decided not to show up (which wouldn't have been surprising). Another acquaintance of mine showed up and I just started chatting with her. Finally, the apple of my eye showed up, and I felt like I just caught a break. Unfortunately, there were too many people around and I was already in a deep conversation with everyone else, I just couldn't pull myself out and try something with everyone standing around. Class began, and towards the tail end of it, she decided to call it a day and left early. With her went my dreams and any shot at asking her out. Like I said, the whole thing is so stupid. I got done in by something so seemingly insignificant. I didn't even really get much of a chance. I could barely sleep the night before, I was just so nervous about this whole thing, because I was so committed to actually trying. It was almost "horrifying," to an extent, to realize I was about to actually give this a shot! But, I guess it just went down as it always does. The worst part is, I think I may have had a chance had I been able to ask her out. By this point, it seemed like she had really warmed up to me. She laughed at everything I said, listened to everything I said even if I wasn't speaking to her, and always caught her looking my way. I dunno, maybe I'm being dillusional. But I sure feel like I've got my head on straight.

I don't know her very well on the outside world. I know she doesn't live in a dorm. I can find out her E-mail via our mailing list, but I dunno... that'd be stalkerish.
