Me I believe in live and let live. If people want to drink, smoke pot, inject heroin let them. So long as they don't hurt me don't interfere with my life and my rights why should I interfere with theirs. I just don't want it in my body. As laws are currently users smoke MJ discetely. I don't want to be in the same restaurant as someone smoking pot. I dont want to smell it as I walk down the street.

why do you need to keep them at home while high? if people smoke discretely then noone gets exposed to the smoke marijuanna does not make people violent like alcohol either

driving under influence is illegal no matter what
as for the other effects, marijuanna is less dangerous then alcohol

Ok - but would this lead to a larger problem in society for those who did not abide by the law. Would more people start using it? If yes, then would that create a bigger burden to law enforcement, what about employees in jobs that affect the safety of others - would more be likely to show up to work high?
