That's nice to hear they're friendly. I don't mind too much if people are in bad moods as I've been a waitress myself so know it's sometimes hard to keep up the appearance. But I do appreciate people being friendly and polite. I would be worried about getting lost. Having maps on my phone really helped me out when I was in London last weekend, on previous trips I've had nothing and once ended up walking around Wembley for 2 hours at night trying to find my hotel. Yeah the idea of going alone isn't ideal but I don't think I'll ever find someone to travel with, plus I'm not sure ever be able to afford to go. It is a nice dream though!
and I was wondering you said you like anime music and was wondering what series you've watched. I've recently got back into anime after a break and was looking for recommendations of things to watch.

haha yeah Attack on Titan was what brought me back really enjoyed the series. As for the others I've not really heard of them so I'll check them out thanks!
I think I'm becoming more opened to different genres, don't judge me I'm watching more school romance dramas XD...but I do still like the mecha, sci-fi, post apocalyptic stuff.

ooh more I haven't heard of.
I did start watching Death Note when it first came out I honestly wasn't too gripped by it. But strangely I have watched the two live action films. I do want to give it another go though so it's definitely on my to watch list along with Sword Art Online!
Recently I've watched The Walking Dead, Breaking Bad and Your Lie in April. Now I'm on Daredevil. I don't want to watch too much at once so I feel one drama and one anime series should keep me busy enough. I just have to choose which one to go with next...

I really enjoyed Death Note, perhaps because I watched it when it came out and I was 17, have you ever tried ghost in the shell?

Oh, yes! Ghost in the shell!! ^^ I have a bad habit of watching a lot of things at the same time (I mean going from one to another). In that way, I kind of forget the stories. So, yeah. You are definitely right by watching one at a time.

Yeah I'm not sure why Death Note didn't appeal when I first tried, maybe because I tried watching it just after finish Fullmetal Alchemist which I really loved and it didn't grab me the same way. Thinking about it I need to add Brotherhood to my list as well... I've watched the films of Ghost in the Shell and the Laughing Man storyline I need to watch the whole thing though. agh between the anime, TV series and films I need to watch I'll be here forever! At least I won't feel too bad about not going outside

I feel like I bury myself in fiction of every kind, or even non-fiction.
It's too bad I can't find any anime I enjoy anymore myself.

I do too. Probably because I prefer it to my own life, which might not be too healthy. As for non-fiction I have been downloading some documentaries lately. I've been thinking about going back and re-watching some good old BBC wildlife shows and such.
The only problem I have with documentaries is I always find myself going through massive binges on youtube and most of the time I end up watching true crime shows or something to do with crazy conspiracies and then I freak myself out and then can't sleep.
I doing really well with anime this time around I'm gradually getting my way through more of the classics and onto some more recent shows, trying out genres I haven't seen before. It's been good.

So I've developed this really bad habit lately when on the weekends I'll spend the evening on my computer but come around 9/10 o'clock I'll start feeling a bit tired, so I'll go for a bit of a lie down in bed. Which feels really nice just closing my eyes for a bit but then I always end up falling asleep still fully clothed with my computer on in the background. I'll usually wake up about 3 totally regretting my life and attempt to get myself ready for bed. I've done this for the past three nights. I really need to stop!

I've been away from the site for a while and now I feel like I have a lot to say So... The other week I ended up joining another website Social Anxiety UK. I feel a bit like I'm cheating on this site, but I do feel like here is my home so I'm not leaving, I feel comfortable saying anything here plus I like the people I've been posting/lurking here for a while so I feel like I know everyone. I just feel like spreading my wings and trying something new would be a good exercise. I've introduced myself over there but I haven't felt confident enough to post anything else I'm just not sure where I can fit in. I've had a look and they have a meetings section and it looks like there are some held locally to me so maybe I'll try that one day. With it being a bigger forum I worry there might be someone I know on there which is completely irrational or if I go to a meet up I'll bump into someone I know and have to explain myself. I might try just posting in some general threads to start with just to get a feel of the place. I have spotted some users from here over there not that I'm stalking or anything

I hope you get to meet some great people out there! In my opinion, if we have the chance to meet people like us with whom we feel confortable, it helps a lot.
