The 4th Kind. It's so disturbing in my opinion that I haven't even gained up enough will power to finish viewing it yet. I dunno I just kept thinking about things from it in my mind and ended up creeping myself out for a period of time while home by me self. It's good so far from what I've seen, but I was so by it.

The Exorcist- I saw it in a theater running classic movies. My family was traditional Catholic, and my dad was disturbed by it when he saw it in the 70s. He took me to see it to help prevent me from becoming spiritually complacent. I was actually really disturbed by it... maybe my religious background had something to do with it (no longer religious now). It felt like I was watching pure evil.

Wolf Creek (2005) - Seriously screwed up film especially the torture scene. Cringeworthy.

Saw the Human centipede, not as bad as I expected.
The worst film I have ever heard (but not seen) of was A Serbian film.
I don't really like torture porn in films so I don't go out of my way to see them, except for the human centipede though.

August Underground's Mordum and the film before it are films I don't think can be topped. I know it was banned in some countries. The films sucked, but they are far worse than Human Centipede and any other movie I've seen in terms of gore and being disturbing. They have everything from necrophilia to pedophilia and murder to infanticide to torture and rape. There's a scene where they force a man to cut off his own weiner, claiming that they'd kill his wife if he didn't do it. In another scene, a man cuts open a woman's stomach while she's still alive and uses her guts to please himself. My favorite scene was where some man is raping this girl and then suddenly slits her throat and gets off on how she's dying. The dialogue was actually funny, I suppose, in some twisted sense. Rape is never funny oO (at least not if you know people who had the pain to experience it) But to be honest, your movie still sounds very very disturbing... that actually makes Dead Alive / Braindead (1992) sound like a childs movie.

Not sure if it has already been mentioned in this thread, but, "A Clockwork Orange" I wish I hadn't watched it. Disturbing, and sort of horrible.

Children Underground - a very disturbing look at homeless Romanian children living in a train station.
I Stand Alone - possibly the most nihilistic movie ever made.
Happiness - Todd Solondz's most disturbing movie...and that's saying a lot!

Heavenly Creatures is very weird and disturbing, apparently based on a true story.
